There is still snow on the ground but it's not that cold. We run every morning which is super awesome. I have really enjoyed being able to run again. My watch strap broke though, so I just hold it in my hand now.
We met a lot of people this week. One person we met with for the first time, we were explaining what we do as missionaries and I felt like I should explain that we help people to make a covenant with God. Upon hearing about baptism, this guy immediately said "I want that, what do I need to do?" He shared some of his life experiences and how he feels when he prays, and it's clear that he has a personal relationship with God and that God prepared him to hear the message we share.
This atheist man also let us in recently. He explained why he has never believed in God because he had never had any proof and we talked for a while. He said he only had 20 minutes but he ended up just keep talking like he just wanted to tell us everything about him. He was very nice. We knocked on this other door this past week and this lady opened the door with a huge smile on her face and told us she had a friend who was a member of the church and that she thought her friend was the best person she knows her life. She told us how her friend explained the beliefs of the church during a long car ride. She invited us to come back a different time and we did. She asked us why there are so many different churches and how could she be 100% sure that God is actually there and that religion she was practicing was the right one. We told her that she could know by asking God herself.
